Springdale is located in the northwest part of Greater Cincinnati. You will find a mix of industrial, residential and retail in this community.  The residential communities are a mix of older homes and new construction, including the 2019 Citirama site Springrose Meadows. Retail shopping opportunities are plentiful in the Springdale Tri-County Retail District with over 4 million square feet of stores. A master-planned community, Forest Park has grown to be the third-largest city in Hamilton County, Ohio. There is a strong business community with the city.  The Recreation Commission oversees 11 parks in addition to athletic fields and playgrounds. Forest Park is next to Winton Woods, a 2100 acre county park, with a gold course. It is also in close proximity to hospitals and medical facilities.  Residents of Forest Park are served by the Northwest and Winton Woods school districts.


Fairfield is a northwestern suburb of Cincinnati.  There are a mix of ranch and two-story homes both classic and new in this community, including luxury estate developments.  Fairfield has an active business community and is the home of nationally ranked Mercy Health - Fairfield Hospital.  With over 20 community parks, you can enjoy hiking, biking, and more. The Fairfield Community Recreation Center & the Aquatic Center are staples in the community offering extensive programming, fitness, and recreational activities.  The city also operates two golf courses and has a Community Arts Center that offers events throughout the year.  Fairfield is a community-driven city, hosting large events throughout the year as well as a farmers market in warm months.  Fairfield City Schools serve the residents of this city.
