Loveland is a city located within Hamilton, Clermont, and Warren counties in the southwestern part of Ohio about 15 miles northeast of the Cincinnati city limits.  Loveland is home to the nationally recognized Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail and is located next to the Little Miami River.  There are 16 parks within the city.  Residents here are typically very active and enjoy the outdoors. The historic Downtown is home to independent shops and restaurants.  Loveland is a mix of planned suburban developments, luxury apartments, and historic homes The public schools serving the area include Loveland City, Sycamore, Kings Local and Little Miami. 


Milford is located 16 miles east of downtown Cincinnati.  This family-oriented neighborhood has a historic “Old Milford” district along the Little Miami River, home to many independent retailers and restaurants.  Many of the dining establishments feature open-air patios and entertainment throughout the year.  It also features many outdoor adventures including riding the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail, hiking in ValleyView Nature Preserve and canoeing on the Little Miami River.  Old Milford is home to many festivals throughout the year.  It is a quaint family-friendly town featuring historic Victorian homes as well as newer subdivisions.  The public school system is the Milford Exempted Village.


Miami Township spans both of the Loveland & Milford communities.  A bustling suburban community home to many businesses, restaurants and shopping centers.  Miami township is primarily newer Suburban developments.  It has an extensive park district and is served mainly by the Milford Exempted Village public school district.  This family-friendly township offers a variety of activities and planned events throughout the year.
